We use secure third-party systems to deliver our services. These may include:

• Cliniko - clinical records and patient notes
• GoHighLevel - website forms, contact management, and communications
• Microsoft 365 (email and Microsoft Teams) - communication and secure collaboration between practitioners involved in your care
• Rehab My Patient - exercise prescription programmes
• Xero - accounting and invoicing

Thrive classes and third-party delivery partners

Where you take part in Thrive classes and delivery involves a third party, relevant information needed for safe participation and service delivery may be shared with that third party. This may include sharing relevant information with Walfinch where applicable. We only share what is necessary and do so in line with data protection requirements.
